A tale as old as time, is the tradesman who is booked in and doesnt turn up on the agreed day and time or communicate well with the customer.

While we cannot always control sickness, the roads (or the weather) - If we book a visit, quote or delivery we will always be there at the agreed date and time.

if we cannot attend for any reason we will be in contact to let you know and we will work to arrange an alternate as soon as possible!

We guarantee our work -if something isnt quite right, or not as you want it to be, we will remedy the issue as soon as possible 

We keep an open policy where we will always be available for one on one aftercare, either on the other end of a phone call, email or in person.
